• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Magento 2.x developer.
• Experience in modules/extensions development/customization.
• Experience in Theme development/integration/customization.
• Experience coding to Magento technical best practices and guidelines.
• Experience in working within an Agile/SCRUM development model.
• High level of OOP knowledge: PHP 7.x, flexibility in terms of Magento Architecture.
• Database and programming skills in SQL: PL/SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Building high-availability integrations layers with JSON, REST & SOAP, Web API.
• HTML/CSS & JavaScript experience (jQuery, Knockout, react.js, Bootstrap etc.), RWD Designs and cross browser and platform optimization.
• Proven skills in GIT, Branching Strategies.
• Software Engineering knowledge: SOLID, CRUD, Design Patterns, OOP Principles etc.

• Develop extensions to our B2B environment as per needs.
• Responsibility for the detailed design, coding, implementing, maintaining and enhancements related to the functional and technical area.
• Collaborates with the Chief Technical Officer in backlog grooming activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
• Adhere to established coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Ability to facilitate design meetings with users, management and architects.
• Analyzes production issues as necessary to determine the cause of the issue and determine the necessary course of action for resolution.
• Follows and helps to establish development standards.

You'll be familiar with agile practices and have a highly technical background, comfortable discussing detailed technical aspects of system design and implementation, whilst remaining business driven. With 5+ years of systems analysis, technical analysis or business analysis experience, you'll have an expansive toolkit of communication techniques to enable shared, deep understanding of financial and technical concepts by diverse stakeholders with varying backgrounds and needs. In addition, you will have exposure to financial systems or accounting knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related.
• Excellent understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3+.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Magento 2.
• Experience using server-side CSS pre-processors LESS and SASS.
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, and RequireJS.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Knowledge of SEO and ADA best practices
• Experience developing in local environments
• Working knowledge of GitHub for version control
• Exceptional problem solving and debugging skills in both PHP and JavaScript
• Ability to collaborate with designers and other developers to build website features

• Build responsive web features without relying on a front-end framework.
• Work within a team to develop new features based on design requirements.
• Ensure optimal use of best practices, semantic front-end markup, structured stylesheets, and efficient JavaScript.
• Prepare front-end templates to provide progressive enhancement for modern browsers, and graceful degradation for older browsers.
• Troubleshoot any front-end technical or performance issues that may arise.
• Day-to-day Magento tasks including working through maintenance backlogs and resolving bugs.
• Other development related duties may be assigned.
